We value diversity in our work place, and encourage qualified Indonesian men and women, with diverse professional, academic, and cultural backgrounds, to apply to the Indonesian Graduate Skills Development (GSD) programme.

The GSD Initiative provides the following twofold benefits:

  1. It provides the opportunity for qualified young Indonesian to start a development career through “on the job” professional development that can be based on learning from UNDP’s programmes, policies and operations.
  2. It also allows UNDP to strengthen its own human resource base and research capacity.

Managerial Arrangements and Oversight
